新生儿早期预警评分在重症患儿病情评估的价值分析

Analyze the Value of Newborn Early Warning Score in the Assessment of Critically Ill Children

目的重症患儿应用新生儿早期预警评分(NEWS)对病情评估价值分析。方法回顾性选取2019年6月至2019年12月本院诊治80例重症患儿临床资料,设为研究组,同期选取普通病房新生儿55例临床资料,设为对照组,两组新生儿均进行新生儿早期预警评分(NEWS)评估,分析两组NEWS评分、各指标参数情况。结果研究组NEWS评分(3.12±0.86)分比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组呼吸(58.16±3.59)次/min、心率(165.25±15.83)次/min,均比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组意识昏迷/嗜睡26.25%、呼吸窘迫73.75%比对照组多(P<0.05);研究组80例患儿中,39(48.75%)例产房转入,17(21.25%)例普通病房进行转入,24(30.00%)例外院转入。结论重症患儿应用新生儿早期预警评分(NEWS),能有效识别病情恶化以及时干预,并能评估新生儿病情程度情况,其各指标参数简单有效,具一定临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the value of neonatal early warning score(NEWS)in the assessment of illness in critically ill children.Methods Retrospectively selected clinical data of 80 severely ill children diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019,and set it as the study group.At the same time,55 clinical data of newborns in the general ward were selected as the control group,and the neonatal early warning score(NEWS)assessment was performed for both groups of newborns,and the NEWS score and parameters of the two groups were analyzed.Results The NEWS score of the study group(3.12±0.86)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the breath of the study group(58.16±3.59)times/min and the heart rate(165.25±15.83)times/min were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the consciousness of coma/sleepiness in the study group was 26.25%,and respiratory distress was 61.90%,which was more than in the control group(P<0.05);Among the 80 patients in the study group,39(48.75%)were transferred to the delivery room,17(21.25%)cases were transferred in general wards,and 24(30.00%)were transferred in exceptional hospitals.Conclusion The neonatal early warning score(NEWS)in severely ill children can effectively identify the deterioration of the disease and timely intervention,and can evaluate the condition of the neonatal condition.Its parameters are simple and effective,and have certain clinical application value.
