针对乳腺癌患者采用不同分子学方法对外周血循环肿瘤细胞检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究不同分子学方法在乳腺癌患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞检测中的应用价值。方法2018年7月至2019年12月,本院一共收治88例乳腺癌患者,按照双盲法分为对照组、实验组,分别给予常规细胞学检测、免疫磁珠阴性富集系统检测,比较两组结果。结果实验组的确诊率93.2%明显比对照组的54.5%高(P<0.05);实验组的漏诊率4.5%、误诊率2.3%均比对照组的漏诊率25.0%、误诊率20.5%低(P<0.05)。结论免疫磁珠阴性富集系统检测法可有效提高乳腺癌的确诊率,具有显著的临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze the application value of different molecular methods in detecting peripheral blood circulating tumor cells in breast cancer patients.Methods From July 2018 to December 2019,a total of 88 breast cancer patients were treated in our hospital.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the double-blind method,and were given conventional cytology test and immunomagnetic bead negative enrichment system test.Compare the results of the two groups.Results The confirmed diagnosis rate of the experimental group was 93.2%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosed rate of the experimental group were 4.5%and 2.3%,respectively.The rate is 20.5%low(P<0.05).Conclusion The immunomagnetic bead-negative enrichment system test can effectively determine the diagnosis rate of breast cancer,and has significant clinical application value.
