艾灸对反流性食管炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Moxibustion on Reflux Esophagitis

目的观察艾灸对反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法选取反流性食管炎的106例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组53例。对照组根据病情给予西医药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予艾灸治疗。结果治疗组总有效率分别为94.34%,对照组为81.13%,P<0.05。结论艾灸对反流性食管炎的临床疗效显著,值得进一步推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion on reflux esophagitis.Methods 106 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine according to the condition,and the treatment group was treated with Moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate was 94.34%in the treatment group and 81.13%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Moxibustion has a significant clinical effect on reflux esophagitis,which is worthy of further promotion.
