摘要
目的探讨个体化的营养干预应用于鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者的效果及对其营养相关血液指标的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2020年2月于我院治疗的鼻咽癌同期放化疗患者72例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组36例,常规营养干预,试验组36例,个体化营养干预,观察两组患者的营养情况(PG-SGA评分)、营养相关血液指标血红蛋白(Hb)、血清前清蛋白(PA)、总蛋白(TP)。结果放化疗后试验组的PG-SGA评分显著低于对照组(P<0.001),放化疗后两组患者的Hb、PA、TP均降低(P<0.05),试验组的Hb和PA显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而两组间TP差异无统计学意义(P=0.462)。结论对放化疗鼻咽癌患者给予个体化营养干预,能改善营养不良。
Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nutritional intervention on nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy and its effect on nutrition-related blood indicators.Methods Seventy-two patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in our hospital from March 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,36 in the control group,36 in the conventional nutrition intervention group,36 in the experimental group,and 36 in the individualized nutrition intervention group.The nutritional status(PG-SGA score),nutrition-related blood indicators hemoglobin(Hb),serum prealbumin(PA)of the two groups were observed.Total protein(TP).Results The PG-SGA score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.001),and the Hb,PA and TP of the two groups were decreased after radiotherapy and chemotherapy(P<0.05),while the Hb and PA of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in TP between the two groups(P=0.462).Conclusion Individualized nutritional intervention can improve malnutrition in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
