Measures and Effect of Nursing Process Management in Hemodialysis Room

目的探讨血透室实施护理流程管理的具体措施及其对患者的影响。方法本院于2019年4月实施血透室护理流程管理,对实施前(2019年1月至2019年3月)及实施后(2019年4月至2019年7月)收治的血液透析患者125例患者进行分析,对比其不良事件发生率及护理满意度。结果血透室护理流程管理实施后不良事件发生率低于实施前,且患者的护理满意度更高,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论血透室实施护理流程管理,可以有效控制不良事件发生,保障患者治疗安全性,其符合患者对护理的需求,在临床上值得广泛借鉴。

Objective To explore the specific measures of nursing process management in hemodialysis room and its influence on patients.Methods The hospital implemented the nursing process management in hemodialysis room in April 2019.125 hemodialysis patients who were admitted before the implementation (January 2019 to March 2019) and after the implementation (April 2019 to July 2019) were analyzed to compare the incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction.Results The incidence of adverse events after the implementation of nursing process management in hemodialysis room was lower than before,and the patients’ nursing satisfaction was higher,the data difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing process management in hemodialysis room can effectively control the occurrence of adverse events and ensure the safety of patients’ treatment,which is in line with the needs of patients for nursing,and is worthy of extensive reference in clinical practice.
