益肾抗癌方治疗乳腺癌内分泌治疗类围绝经综合征的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Perimenopausal Like Syndrome with Breast Cancer Endocrine Therapy by Yishen Kang’ai Fang

目的观察益肾抗癌方治疗乳腺癌患者内分泌治疗后类围绝经综合征的临床疗效。方法使用随机法将60例接受内分泌治疗,临床表现符合类围绝经综合征临床诊断的乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组内分泌治疗同时口服中药益肾抗癌方治疗,对照组内分泌治疗同时口服谷维素,连用2个月。分别于治疗前后对比两组患者Kupperman评分及中医证候各项评分。结果(1)治疗组在Kupperman评分及中医证候积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)治疗组在改善患者盗汗、烘热汗出、膝酸症状上优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论益肾抗癌方可显著改善乳腺癌内分泌治疗后类围绝经综合征,临床值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Kang’ai Fang on perimenopausal syndrome after endocrine therapy in breast cancer patients.Methods 60 patients with breast cancer whose clinical manifestations conform to the clinical diagnosis of perimenopausal-like syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.All patients were treated with letrozole or tamoxifen,while the observation group was treated with Yishen Kang’ai Fang,while the control group was treated with oryzanol for 2 months.Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results(1)The Kupperman score and TCM syndrome score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of night sweating,hot sweating and soreness of waist and knee(P<0.01).Conclusion Yishen Kang’ai Fan can significantly improve perimenopausal syndrome after endocrine therapy for breast cancer,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
