小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床特点和诊治分析

Clinical Characteristics and Diagnosis and Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in Children

目的对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床特点进行分析,探讨其治疗效果。方法研究对象为我院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,例数为150例,时间为2018年9月至2020年3月,根据治疗方式分为参照组(75例)和研究组(75例),参照组服用罗氏芬,研究组则行阿奇霉素,对比临床治疗效果。结果参照组临床总有效率84.00%显著低于研究组96.00%(P<0.05)。结论咳嗽、发热、干湿性啰音是支原体肺炎的特点,采用阿奇霉素的应用效果良好,可显著改善患儿的临床症状,值得在临床治疗中推广。

Objective The clinical characteristics of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children were analyzed and the therapeutic effect was discussed.Methods The study object is the children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital.There are 150 cases in the period from September 2018 to March 2020.According to the treatment mode,they are divided into reference group(75 cases)and study group(75 cases).The reference group takes rochefen,while the study group takes azithromycin to compare the clinical treatment effect.Results The total clinical effective rate of the reference group was 84.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the study group(96.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Cough,fever,dry and wet rales are the characteristics of mycoplasma pneumonia.The application of azithromycin has a good effect and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children,which is worth promoting in clinical treatment.
