膝半月板和关节软骨损伤应用CT与MRI诊断临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of CT and MRI in the Diagnosis of Meniscus and Articular Cartilage Injury

目的对比分析CT和MRI在膝半月板和关节软骨损伤诊断中的作用。方法选取我院自2018年5月至2019年6月收治的80例膝半月板损伤和关节软骨损伤的患者为观察对象,对所有患者都使用CT、MRI和关节镜进行诊断,以关节镜诊断为正确标准对CT诊断和MRI诊断的正确率进行统计分析。结果经对比,使用MRI诊断的总正确率(66.25%)显著高于使用CT诊断的总正确率(51.25%),组间差异具有通统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用MRI诊断膝半月板和关节软骨损伤既具有无创性的优势,更加容易被患者接受,同时还能够保证诊断具有较高的准确性,对尽早诊断膝半月板和关节软骨损伤并采取相应治疗措施具有积极作用,应该广泛应用于临床实践中。

Objective To compare CT and MRI in the diagnosis of meniscus and articular cartilage injury.Methods Eighty cases of knee meniscus injury and articular cartilage injury admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the observation objects.All patients were diagnosed by CT,MRI and arthroscopy,and the accuracy of CT diagnosis and MRI diagnosis was statistically analyzed with arthroscopy as the correct standard.Results By contrast,the total accuracy rate of MRI diagnosis(66.25%)was significantly higher than that of CT diagnosis(51.25%).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI diagnosis of meniscus and articular cartilage injury of the knee has the advantages of noninvasive,more easily accepted by the patients,and can ensure the high accuracy of diagnosis as soon as possible The diagnosis and treatment of meniscus and articular cartilage injury have a positive effect and should be widely used in clinical practice.
