探讨磁共振联合超声在诊断卵巢癌中的应用价值

To Evaluate the Value of Magnetic Resonance combined with Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ovarian Cancer

目的研究磁共振联合超声在诊断卵巢癌中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院2018年1月至2019年1月期间收治的80例卵巢癌患者临床资料,将全部患者分别分为对照组和观察组两组。对照组40例患者采取超声诊断,观察组40例患者采取磁共振+超声诊断,以手术病理学诊断为标准,对两组患者诊断结果进行比较。结果观察组确诊率明显比对照组高,组间数据差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组诊断满意度明显比对照组高,数据之间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在卵巢癌中给予磁共振+超声联合诊断,其确诊率相对于单独磁共振诊断更高,有助于为后期手术治疗提供有效依据,在临床上具有较高的应用价值,值得广泛应用和推广。

Objective To study the value of Mri combined with ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were divided into control group and observation group.In the control group,40 patients were diagnosed by ultrasound,and in the observation group,40 patients were diagnosed by Mri+ultrasound.Results The diagnosis rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The diagnostic satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the data(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined diagnosis of Mri and ultrasound in the ovary has a higher diagnosis rate than that of Mri alone,which is helpful to provide an effective basis for later surgical treatment,and has a high clinical value,which is worthy of extensive application and promotion.
