腹腔镜治疗胆囊息肉患者的术后护理措施及其效果研究

Study on the Postoperative Nursing Measures and Effect of Laparoscopic Treatment for Patients with Gallbladder Polyp

目的探讨腹腔镜治疗胆囊息肉患者的术后护理措施以及效果分析。方法选取2018年2月至2019年3月我院收治的80例接受腹腔镜治疗的胆囊息肉患者以随机数字表法分组,实验组与对照组各40例,对照组患者接受常规护理进行护理干预,实验组在对照组基础上施加术后护理,对两组患者并发症发生情况进行观察分析。结果实验组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗胆囊息肉患者的术后护理成效明显,能有效降低患者并发症发生率,有较高的临床使用价值,值得推广。

Objective To explore the postoperative nursing measures and effect analysis of laparoscopic treatment for patients with gallbladder polyp.Methods From February 2018 to March 2019,80 patients with gallbladder polyp treated by laparoscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The experimental group applied postoperative nursing on the basis of the control group to observe and analyze the complications of the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of patients with gallbladder polyp postoperative nursing effect is obvious,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with high clinical value,worthy of promotion.
