移情护理对急诊高热患儿父母焦虑、抑郁情绪及期望水平的影响效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Empathy Nursing on the Anxiety,Depression and Expectation Level of Parents of Children with Emergency Fever

目的分析移情护理对急诊高热患儿父母焦虑、抑郁情绪及期望水平的影响效果。方法以我院2017年3月至2018年12月收治78例高热患儿的父母为观察对象,根据患儿入院先后顺序,平均分为两组,即对照组(n=39)和干预组(n=39),其中,对照组采用常规护理措施,干预组在对照组基础上增加移情护理,对比两组患儿父母采用焦虑量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)状况,以及Herh希望量表(Herth hope index,HHI)以及护理满意率。结果①护理前两组SAS、SDS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后评分明显降低,两组相比干预组更优(P<0.05);②护理前两组HHI评分差异不明显(P>0.05),护理后评分明显提升,组间比较干预组更优(P<0.05);③两组患儿父母总满意率对比。干预组(97.44%)明显优于对照组(87.18%),组间满意率差异明显(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规护理方式,从患儿父母心理情绪方面考虑,增加移情护理,可有效改善患儿父母情绪,提升其对护理方式满意程度。

Objective To analyze the effect of empathy nursing on the anxiety,depression and expectation level of parents of children with high fever in emergency department.Methods To observe the parents of 78 patients with high fever in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 Subjects,according to the order of admission of children,were divided into two groups,that is,the control group(n=39)and the intervention group(n=39).Among them,the control group adopted conventional nursing measures,and the intervention group increased the migration based on the control group.Affective care,comparing the status of the parents of the two groups of children with anxiety scale(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS),depression scale(Self-rating depression scale,SDS),and Herh hope index(Herth hope index,HHI)and Nursing satisfaction rate.Results①There was no significant difference in the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05),and the scores after nursing were significantly reduced,and the two groups were better than the intervention group(P<0.05).②The difference in HHI scores between the two groups before nursing was not obvious(P>0.05),the score improved significantly after nursing,and the intervention group was better than the intervention group(P<0.05).③Comparison of the total satisfaction rate of the parents of the two groups of children.The intervention group(97.44%)was significantly better than the control group(87.18%),and the difference in satisfaction rate between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing methods,considering the psychological and emotional aspects of the parents of children,the increase of empathy nursing can effectively improve the emotions of the parents of the children and increase their satisfaction with the nursing methods.
