瘢痕子宫引产护理干预效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Intervention Effect of Cicatricial Uterus Induced Labor

目的探讨瘢痕子宫引产33例的护理干预效果分析。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月疤痕子宫引产的33例孕妇作为研究组,并选取同期33例非疤痕子宫引产的孕妇为对照组。两组孕妇均采用利凡诺尔液行羊膜腔内注射进行引产,并采取相同的针对性干预措施。比较两组孕妇的临床指标,住院时间、新生儿Apgar评分以及引产效果与并发症情况。结果两组孕妇的出血量、分娩及疼痛时间均无显著差异(P>0.05);两组孕妇的住院时间及新生儿Apgar评分均无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组并发症情况多于对照组(P<0.05),而两组完全引产情况无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在疤痕子宫孕妇引产期间,通过采取有效的人文关怀干预,能够促使孕妇配合治疗的依从性显著提升,引产风险显著降低,引产效果较好,有助于促进产妇产后的身体恢复,利于临床应用及推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in 33 cases of cicatricial uterus induced labor.Methods 33 pregnant women induced by scar uterus from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study group,and 33 pregnant women induced by non-scar uterus during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups of pregnant women were induced by intramniotic injection with livanol fluid,and the same targeted intervention measures were adopted.The clinical indexes,hospitalization time.Apgar score of newborn,the effect of induced labor and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in bleeding,delivery and pain time between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the length of stay and Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Effective humanistic care intervention during labor induction in pregnant women with scar uterus resulted in improved patient compliance,reduced labor induction risk and good physical recovery.
