探讨综合护理干预对慢性乙肝患者自我效能感和生活质量的改善情况

目的探讨综合护理干预对慢性乙肝患者自我效能感和生活质量的改善情况。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月在院治疗的30例慢性乙肝患者,用掷硬币法均分为参照组和观察组,各15例。参照组用常规护理,观察组用综合护理干预,比较两组的自我效能感、生活质量、护理满意度。结果护理后,参照组的自我效能感不及观察组,(P<0.05)统计学意义显著;观察组的生活质量好于参照组,(P<0.05)统计学意义明显;观察组的护理满意度高于参照组,(x2=3.968,P=0.046)有统计学意义。结论综合护理干预能提高慢性乙肝患者的自我效能感和生活质量,推广价值大。

Objective To explore the improvement of self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B by comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,30 patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected and divided into the reference group and the observation group by coin tossing,15 cases each.The self-efficacy,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the self-efficacy of the reference group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05),the quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group(x~2=3.968,P=0.046).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B,and has great value in promotion.
