目的眼科护理中不安全因素与防范对策。方法本次研究中,选择2018年1月至2018年12月期间于我院接受诊断治疗的80例眼科患者为对照组,对该组患者实施常规护理干预。选择2019年1月至2019年12月期间于我院接受诊断治疗的86例眼科患者为观察组,对护理服务中不安全因素进行分析后,实施针对性护理干预。结果观察组患者依从性(93.02%)与对照组(73.75%)对比明显较高。观察组45(52.33%)例患者对护理非常满意,38(44.19%)例患者对护理基本满意,3(3.49%)例患者对护理不满意。对照组25(31.25%)例患者对护理非常满意,38(47.50%)例患者对护理基本满意,17(21.25%)例患者对护理不满意。观察组护理满意度(96.51%)与对照组(78.75%)对比明显较高。结论在眼部护理工作中,由于护理人员转专业水平、患者个人因素、病房环境等因素的影响,眼部护理治疗效果会受到一定的影响,经过对患者情况进行全面了解,保证护理人员专业素质,改善病房环境,可有效提高患者依从性,提高护理治疗效果,改善患者满意度,值得广泛推广。

Objective Unsafe factors and preventive measures in eye care.Methods In this study,80 ophthalmic patients who underwent diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the control group,and routine nursing intervention was performed in this group of patients.A total of 86 ophthalmic patients who underwent diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group.After analyzing unsafe factors in nursing services,targeted nursing interventions were implemented.Results The compliance of the observation group(93.02%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.75%).45(52.33%)patients in the observation group were very satisfied with the nursing,38(44.19%)patients were basically satisfied with the nursing,and 3(3.49%)patients were not satisfied with the nursing.In the control group,25(31.25%)patients were very satisfied with the care,38(47.50%)patients were basically satisfied with the care,and 17(21.25%)patients were not satisfied with the care.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.51%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.75%).Conclusion In the field of eye care,the effects of eye care treatment will be affected to some extent due to the professional level of the nursing staff,the personal factors of the patient,and the environment of the ward.Quality,improving the ward environment,can effectively improve patient compliance,improve the effectiveness of nursing treatment,improve patient satisfaction,and is worthy of widespread promotion.
