眩晕病(原发性高血压)中医护理方案实施探析

Discussion on the Implementation of TCM Nursing Plan for Vertigo (Essential Hypertension)

目的研究分析眩晕病(原发性高血压)中医护理方案实施效果。方法在我院于2018年11月至2019年10月收治的眩晕病患者中,选取其中的80例作为本次的研究对象,根据患者接受的不同护理方法进行分组,其中40例接受常规护理的患者纳入常规护理组,另外40例接受中医护理的患者纳入中医护理组。对比两组患者的临床症状缓解情况、依从度。结果中医护理组患者的临床症状缓解率明显高于常规护理组(P<0.05),且依从度比常规护理组患者高(P<0.05)。结论给予眩晕病患者中医护理,能有效提升患者依从度,缓解患者各种临床症状,具有较高的临床实用价值。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of TCM nursing program on vertigo(essential hypertension).Methods Among the vertigo patients admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019,80 cases of them were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into groups according to different nursing methods,among them,40 patients receiving routine care were included in the routine nursing group,and the other 40 patients receiving traditional Chinese medicine nursing were included in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group.The clinical symptom relief and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The remission rate of clinical symptoms in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group was significantly higher than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05),and the compliance degree was higher than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing for vertigo patients can effectively improve the compliance of patients,alleviate various clinical symptoms of patients,and has high clinical practical value.
