全瓷冠与金属烤瓷冠在牙齿修复中的临床效果分析

目的分析全瓷冠用于牙齿修复的效能与价值。方法以本院为单位,在2017年4月至2018年4月这一期间内,选取进行牙齿修复的患者,数量一共是56例,将其进行分组(两组),各28例,对照组仍实施比较传统的钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复治疗,而观察组,则采用更加先进、实用且高效的二氧化锆全瓷冠,7天后,对比修复效果;然后围绕两组患者,结合现实情况及需要,进行相应随访,时间为12周,内容为牙龈着色情况,而且还有边缘密合度、颜色匹配情况。结果针对本次研究所选取的观察组,其修复处理操作之后,总有效率为92.86%,而对照组患者则为67.86%。所以,观察组如果与对照组作对比,有效率明显要高(P<0.05)。而对于随访指标而言,观察组在具体的牙龈炎症发生率上,仅25%,而对照组为42.86%,观察组较低(P<0.05)。还需要指出的是,观察组随访期间,不管是在整体性的边缘密合度合格率上,还是在具体的颜色匹配上,均达到了100%,而对照组分别为82.14%、85.71%,因而观察组均较对照组偏高(P<0.05)。结论将全瓷冠应用于牙齿修复当中,可以获得优于传统金属烤瓷冠的修复效果。

Objective To analyze effectiveness and value of all-ceramic crowns for tooth restoration deeply.Methods We chose 56 cases of dental restoration patients in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018,divided them into two groups,28 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crown restoration treatment,while observation group with advanced,practical and efficient zirconia all-ceramic crown.After 7 days,compare restoration effect between two groups.According to actual situation and needs,carry on corresponding follow-up for twelve weeks with contents of gums coloring,edge tightness and color matching.Results Total effective rate after repair treatment of observation group was 92.86%,that of control group was 67.86%.Therefore,that of observation group was obviously higher than control group,(P<0.05).As for follow-up indicators,specific incidence of gingival inflammation in observation group was only 25%,lower than 42.86%of control group,(P<0.05).It should be pointed out that during follow-up period,overall edge fit rate and specific color matching of observation group reached 100%,higher than 82.14%and 85.71%of control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion All-ceramic crowns can achieve better restoration effect than traditional metal porcelain crowns in tooth restorations.
