玻璃体切除术联合球内异物取出术对眼外伤球内异物的治疗临床效果评价

目的研究眼外伤球内异物患者实施玻璃体切除术联合球内异物取出术的治疗临床效果。方法选择2017年10月至2018年10月我院所收治的51例眼外伤球内异物患者,全部眼外伤球内异物患者均实施玻璃体切除术联合球内异物取出术,探讨其临床效果。结果患者中异物游离于玻璃体之中共计29例,占比56.86%,异物嵌顿于视网膜之中共计17例,占比33.33%,异物处于黄斑区之中共计5例,占比9.80%。全部眼外伤球内异物患者中,异物于玻璃体中视力恢复效果最佳,嵌顿于视网膜上效果次之,处于黄斑区位置效果恢复最差。异物取出时间≤3d的患者共计33例,占比64.71%,异物取出时间3-10d的患者共计12例,占比23.53%,异物取出时间≥10d的患者共计6例,占比11.76%,异物取出时间越长,患者治疗后视力恢复效果越差。结论眼外伤球内异物患者采用玻璃体切除术联合球内异物取出术治疗效果确切,尤其针对部分早期患者而言,能够显著恢复患者的视力水平。

Objective To study clinical effect of vitrectomy combined with removal of intra-ball foreign body in patients with ocular trauma.Methods We chose 51 cases of ocular trauma intra-ball foreign body patients in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018.Treat them with vitrectomy combined with intra-ball foreign body removal and explore clinical effect.Results There were 29 cases with foreign bodies in vitreous,accounting for 56.86%,17 cases with foreign bodies in retina,accounting for 33.33%,and 5 cases with foreign bodies in macular area,accounting for 9.80%.Among cases with intra-ball foreign body in ocular trauma,foreign body in vitreous body has the best effect,followed by incarceration in retina,and the worst effect in location of macula.33 cases had foreign body removal time≤3 days,accounting for 64.71%,a total of 12 cases had foreign body removal time 3-10 days,accounting for 23.53%,and a total of 6 cases had foreign body removal time≥10 days,accounting for 11.76%,the longer the removal time,the worse vision recovery of patients after treatment.Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with intra-ball foreign body removal can achieve definite curative effect for ocular trauma intra-ball foreign body patients,especially for some patients at early stage,which can restore vision level of patients significantly.
