内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开取石术治疗胆总管结石的护理

Nursing Of Duodenal Papillary Sphincter Incision And Stone Removal For Treatment Of Choledocholithiasis Under Endoscope

目的阐述内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开取石术治疗胆总管结石的护理。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月科室收治内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开治疗胆总管结石40例患者实施护理。结果术后患者仅1例患者发生低血糖症状,给予遵医嘱推注葡萄糖溶液,其他病例患者均未发生并发症情况。比较患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁情绪,护理后患者SAS、SDS评分明显低于护理前SAS、SDS评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开取石术治疗胆总管结石的护理十分重要,并取得了较成熟的护理经验,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To describe nursing of choledocholithiasis treated by duodenal papillary sphincter incision and lithotomy under endoscope.Methods We chose 40 cases of choledocholithiasis patients treated by endoscopic duodenal papillary sphincterotomy from January 2018 to January 2019 for nursing.Results After operation,only 1 case had symptoms of hypoglycemia and was treated with bolus of glucose solution as prescribed by the doctor.No complications occurred for other cases.Comparing anxiety and depression of patients before and after nursing,SAS and SDS scores after nursing were significantly lower than before nursing,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic duodenal sphincterotomy is important for nursing for treatment of choledocholithiasis,and has obtained mature nursing experience,which is of clinical promotion value.
