混合痔术后外用复方宁唑栓辅以止痛如神汤加味的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation Of External Compound Ningzole Suppository Combined With Modified Analgesic Decoction After Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery

目的观察混合痔术后外用复方宁唑栓辅以止痛如神汤加味的疗效。方法本研究开展于2018年7月至2019年6月,纳入研究对象均从在我院手术的混合痔患者中抽取,并根据纳入和排除标准取舍,最后共纳入110例。根据随机公平原则分组,一组为对照组,另一组为观察组,各55例患者。对照组患者于术后接受复方宁唑栓治疗。观察组患者于术后接受止痛如神汤加味联合复方宁唑栓治疗。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后疼痛VAS评分和SF-36评分显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论混合痔术后外用复方宁唑栓辅以止痛如神汤加味的疗效良好,尤其在减轻疼痛程度和提高生活质量方面有显著效果。

Objective To observe curative effect of external compound Ningzol suppository supplemented with modified analgesic decoction after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods We chose 110 cases of mixed hemorrhoids patients with surgery in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 as study objects according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Based on principle of randomness and fairness,divided them into control group and observation group.Control group was treated with compound ningzole suppository treatment after surgery,and observation group with modified analgesic decoction combined with compound ningzole suppository treatment after surgery.Results Total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Pain VAS scores and SF-36 scores of observation group after treatment were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After mixed hemorrhoid surgery,compound ningzole suppository supplemented with modified analgesic decoction can achieve good effect,especially in reducing pain and improving life quality.
