医学院形态学开放实验室的作用与体会

分析现阶段医学院实验室教学基本情况,由于受到讲解内容多、学生学习能力参差不齐与实验积极性不高、实验资源少等因素影响,该教学工作最终取得的效果较差,培养出的医学生实验能力较差,难以达到既定的培养目标。所以针对此种情况需要广大医学院校对于形态学开放实验室建立与应用工作加强重视,积极采取措施做好该工作,从而为诸多医学生提供优质的实验条件,促使其对于医学形态学实验研究产生浓厚的兴趣,不断培养学生的动手操作能力,具备较强的研究水平。基于此本文对医学院的形态学开放实验室的相关内容进行了概述,并对该实验室的构建应用作用与经验作以了总结,希望可以为更多医学院提供形态学开放实验室建立应用的指导。

Analyzing basic situation of medical laboratory teaching at current stage,there is low final teaching effect and training experimental abilities of medical students and it is difficult to achieve established training goals affected by factors of large explanation content,uneven learning ability of students,low experimental enthusiasm,and few experimental resources.Therefore,in response to the situation,it is necessary for majority of medical colleges to pay more attention to establishment and application of morphological open laboratories,and take measures actively,provide medical students high-quality experimental conditions,increase their interest in medical morphology experimental research,and cultivate hands-on operation ability with high research level continously.Based on this,the article summarizes relevant contents of morphology open laboratory of medical school,construction and application of the laboratory and its experience,to provide applications guidance for morphology open laboratory establishment of medical schools.
