开展优质护理对肿瘤患者的效果分析

目的就优质护理这一方式在肿瘤放疗病患群体中所发挥的效果展开分析。方法从我院2017年2月至2019年2月的肿瘤病患中选择40例接受放疗的患者,将其进行随机分组。设为观察组和对照组,简称为A、B组,每组20人。对A组实施常规护理手段,对B组实施优质护理手段。经过一段时间护理之后,观察两组病患的护理效果。结果在生理、心理以及社会功能表现上,A组效果更加突出;在满意度方面A组更加突出,相较于B组,差异显著,即P<0.05。结论在肿瘤放疗护理领域,优质护理效果更加突出。因此,应该重点加强临床应用。

Objective To carry out effective effect analysis of high-quality nursing in patients with radiotherapy.Methods We chose 40 patients treated with radiotherapy from February 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital,divided them into observation group and control group,referred to as group A and B,with 20 cases in each group.Group A was treated with routine nursing methods,and group B with high-quality nursing methods.After nursing with a period of tiem,observe nursing effect between two groups.Results Effect of physical,psychological and social performance of group A was more significant;satisfaction degree of group A was higher than group B,difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion During field of tumor radiotherapy nursing,high quality nursing can achieve more significant effect,therefore,clinical application should be strengthened.
