摘要
目的对精细化护理在骨科手术室护理安全管理中的应用效果进行分析。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月我院骨科手术治疗患者89例分为对照组与研究组,分别采取常规护理、精细化护理,对比护理后两组患者护理总满意度与总不良事件发生率。结果研究组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨科手术室护理安全管理中采用精细化护理后可提高护理质量、降低不良事件的发生,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze application effect of refined nursing in nursing safety management of orthopedic operating room.Methods We chose 89 cases of orthopedic surgical patients in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019,divided them into control group and study group,treated with routine nursing and refined nursing respectively.Compare total satisfaction and total incidence of adverse events between two groups after nursing.Results Total nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05);total adverse event rate of study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing can improve nursing quality and reduce incidence of adverse events in nursing safety management of orthopedic operating room,which is of promotion value.
