量化中医运动处方在2型糖尿病患者血糖控制中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis Of Quantitative TCM Exercise Prescription In Blood Sugar Control Of Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的探讨中医量化运动处方在2型糖尿病患者血糖控制中的作用。方法选择2018年2月至2018年7月在社区卫生服务中心登记建档的2型糖尿病患者120例为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各60例,对照组采用常规运动疗法,实验组采用中医量化特色运动处方,比较干预前后两组患者的血糖差异。结果干预后,实验组空腹血糖、早餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白显著低于干预前及对照组(P<0.05),运动意外事件发生情况显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医量化运动处方可有效控制2型糖尿病患者的空腹血糖、早餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白,降低运动损伤的发生情况。

Objective To explore function of TCM quantitative exercise prescription in control of blood sugar of type 2 diabetic patients.Methods We chose 120 cases of type 2 diabetes patients filed in community health service center from February 2018 to July 2018 as research objects,divided them into experimental group and control group randomly,with 60 cases in each.Control group was treated with routine exercise therapy,and dxperimental group with traditional Chinese medicine quantified characteristic exercise prescriptions.Compare differences of blood glucose between two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of experimental group was significantly lower than before intervention and control group(P<0.05),and incidence of sports accidents was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative exercise prescription of traditional Chinese medicine can control fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2h after breakfast,and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients with type 2 diabetes effectively,and reduce incidence of sports injuries.
