Hidden Safety Hazards And Nursing Countermeasures In Psychiatric Nursing

目的探究精神科护理中存在的安全隐患与护理对策。方法选取本院2018年7月至2019年7月的80例精神病患者,按照随机分组法分为两组。对照组40例,采用常规护理;观察组40例,采用常规护理联合针对安全隐患的护理对策。观察两组患者的不良事件发生率与护理满意度。结果探究发现,观察组患者的不良事件发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对精神病患者护理的过程中针对安全隐患采取相对应的护理措施可以减少不良事件的发生,提高患者的生活质量与护理满意度。今后需要做好这部分护理措施的推广工作,帮助患者尽早康复。

Objective To explore hidden safety hazards and nursing countermeasures in psychiatric nursing.Methods We chose 80 cases of mental illness patients in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019,divided them into two groups according to random method.40 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing;and 40 cases in observation group with routine nursing combined with nursing countermeasures against potential safety hazards.Observed incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups of patients.Results Investigation found that incidence of adverse events of observation group was lower than that of control group,and nursing satisfaction degree was higher than control group.Difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In process of nursing mental patients,corresponding nursing measures for potential safety hazards can reduce incidence of adverse events and improve life quality and nursing satisfaction degree of patients.In the future,it is necessary promote the nursing measures well,to help patients recover as soon as possible.
