复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合针灸治疗银屑病的临床疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Psoriasis

目的探究复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合针灸治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月间在我院治疗的银屑病患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组30例采用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合针灸治疗,对照组30例采用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗。治疗结束后以观察组与对照组患者的治疗总有效率、靶损害部位评分、不良反应发生率为评价指标。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为90%明显高于对照组的70%,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组患者的靶损害部位评分均明显降低,且观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组之间不良反应无明显差异。结论复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合针灸治疗银屑病可提高患者临床治疗疗效,改善症状,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound clobetasol propionate ointment combined with acupuncture in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods Sixty patients with psoriasis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Thirty cases in the observation group were treated with compound clobetasol propionate ointment combined with acupuncture,and 30 cases in the control group were treated with compound clobetasol propionate ointment.After treatment,the total effective rate,target lesion score,and adverse reaction rate of the observation group and the control group were evaluated.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 90%higher than that in the control group,which was significantly higher than 70%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the target lesion site scores of the observation group and the control group patients were significantly reduced,and the observation group was significantly.It was lower than the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group.Conclusion Compound clobetasol propionate ointment combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for psoriasis can improve the clinical curative effect and improve the symptoms of patients with good safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
