Clinical Research Progress of PICC Tube Sealing Technology

PICC在临床中因具有易操作、安全性高、减少患者痛苦且导管留置时间长的优势,因此被广泛应用在治疗中。封管技术可保障患者在治疗期间中心静脉导管的通畅性,可对导管相关性感染、血栓等并发症起到预防作用。本文主要对PICC封管技术的相关内容进行分析,其中主要对封管溶液、浓度和剂量、速度、方法四个方面进行概述。

PICC is widely used in clinical treatment because of its advantages of easy operation,high safety and long catheter indwelling time.Catheter sealing technology can ensure the patency of the central catheter during treatment,and can prevent catheter-related infection and thrombosis.This paper mainly analyzes the relevant contents of PICC tube sealing technology,which mainly summarizes the four aspects of sealing solution,concentration and dose,speed and method.
