摘要
住院医师规范化培训(住培)师资的带教能力决定着住培医生的岗位胜任力,师资的培养已成为住培工作的重要任务。将德雷福斯模型引入师资培训体系,制定针对性师资培训细则,加速住培师资人才队伍由新手到专家的进程,做到有的放矢、精益求精。本文焦点于德雷福斯模型的五个阶段进行阐述,旨在推进住培师资人才培养供给的结构性改革,加强住培师资队伍建设,整体推进住培制度的积极探索和进步。
The teaching ability of resident standardized training teachers is associated with the competency of position of resident training doctors,and it has become an important task of resident training.We will introduce Dreyfus model into the teacher training system and formulate specific rules for teacher training.It will speed up the process of resident training teachers from novices to experts so as to achieve targeted and excellence.Therefore,we focuses on the five stages of Dreyfus model,which will promote the structural reform of the supply of residential training teachers,strengthen the construction of residential training teachers,and promote the active exploration and the progress of residential training system.
