围术期优质护理对急性阑尾炎患者术后疼痛程度的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of High-quality Perioperative Nursing on Postoperative Pain in Patients with Acute Appendicitis

目的分析围手术期优质护理对改善急性阑尾炎患者术后疼痛的影响程度。方法以该院诊治的98例急性阑尾炎患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分成对照组(n=49,常规护理)和观察组(n=49,围手术期优质护理),比较两组术后疼痛情况、护理效果、并发症发生率。结果术后观察组VAS疼痛评分量表得分为(3.42±1.52)分,明显低于对照组的(5.70±2.39)分,且有(P<0.05);观察组护理有效率为93.88%,明显高于对照组的79.59%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.12%,明显低于对照组的20.41%(P<0.05)。结论对于急性阑尾炎患者,对其实施围手术期优质护理能够改善患者术后疼痛,提高护理效果,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality perioperative nursing on improving postoperative pain in patients with acute appendicitis.Methods A total of 98 patients with acute appendicitis diagnosed and treated in this hospital were divided into a control group(n=49,routine care)and an observation group(n=49,high-quality perioperative care)by random number table method,and the two groups were compared.Postoperative pain,nursing effects,and incidence of complications.Results The postoperative observation group VAS pain score scale score was(3.42±1.52),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(5.70±2.39),and there was(P<0.05).The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 93.88%.It was significantly higher than 79.59%of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 6.12%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group of 20.41%(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute appendicitis,high-quality perioperative nursing can improve postoperative pain,improve nursing effect,and reduce the incidence of complications.
