手术室护士进行术前访视干预对患者心理压力水平的影响研究

A Study on the Influence of Preoperative Visit Intervention by Nurses in Operating Room on Patients’ Psychological Stress Level

目的探析手术室护士进行术前访视干预对患者的术前心理压力水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月期间在我院接受手术治疗的患者共计179例,分为对照组93例,实验组86例。实验组接受手术室护士术前访视,对照组仅采取常规护理。采用问卷调查、患者满意度评分和医院用焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)收集研究数据,并比较两组患者的评分。结果实验组和对照组患者术前的平均心理压力水平没有差异(P=0.95),两组患者的术后压力水平均显著降低,但在术后发现了显着差异(P=0.01),术后实验组的心理压力水平明显低于对照组,HADS量表的最佳临界值为2。大多数患者表示由于即将进行的手术而感到压力,患者对引起压力的因素作了最常见的陈述为对未知的恐惧、麻醉恐惧、对手术中可能发生的环境和并发症的恐惧。实验组的患者报告说,手术室护士的访视有效地降低了他们的心理压力水平。结论术前手术室护士访视患者有助于降低患者的心理压力水平。

Objective To explore the influence of preoperative visit intervention by nurses in operating room on patients’preoperative psychological pressure level.Methods 179 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group(93 cases)and experimental group(86 cases).The experimental group received preoperative visit from nurses in operating room,while the control group only received routine nursing.Questionnaire survey,patient satisfaction score and hospital anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)were used to collect research data,and the scores of the two groups were compared.Results There was no difference between the experimental group and the control group(P=0.95).The postoperative pressure level of the two groups was significantly reduced,but the difference was found after the operation(P=0.01).The postoperative psychological pressure level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the best critical value of hads scale was 2.Most of the patients said that they felt pressure due to the upcoming operation.The most common statements about the factors that caused the pressure were fear of unknown,fear of anesthesia,fear of the possible environment and complications during the operation.Patients in the experimental group reported that visits by operating room nurses effectively reduced their psychological stress levels.Conclusion Nurses visiting patients in operating room before operation is helpful to reduce patients’psychological pressure level.
