居家康复锻炼方案对乳腺癌患者术后相关淋巴水肿的作用效果分析

The Effect of Home-based Rehabilitation Program on Postoperative Lymphedema in Patients with Breast Cancer

目的探究乳腺癌患者行居家康复锻炼方法对其术后相关淋巴水肿的预防作用与护理效果。方法选80例于我院接受治疗的乳腺癌患者,随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组接受常规护理方案,研究组患者在此基础上,接受居家康复锻炼方案,对比两组患者的术后相关淋巴水肿发生率和护理满意度。结果两组患者的护理对比结果显示,研究组在水肿发生率和护理满意度方面要明显优于对照组,研究组护理满意度为97.5%,对照组护理满意度仅为77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者接受科学的居家康复锻炼,可有效减少患者术后相关淋巴水肿的发生率,提高患者护理满意度,临床护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the preventive effect and nursing effect of home-based rehabilitation exercise on postoperative lymphedema of breast cancer patients.Methods 80 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 in each group.The patients in the study group received home-based rehabilitation exercise program on the basis of the routine nursing program.The incidence of postoperative lymphedema and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The results of nursing comparison between the two groups showed that the incidence of edema and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly better than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction in the study group was 97.5%,and that in the control group was only 77.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific home-based rehabilitation exercise for breast cancer patients can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative lymphedema,improve the patients’nursing satisfaction,and the clinical nursing effect is significant.
