改良腰椎后路术后体位安置对患者舒适度和疗效的影响

Effect of Postoperative Modified Postoperative Lumbar Spinal Positioning on Patient Comfort and Therapeutic Effect

目的探究改良腰椎后路术后体位安置对患者舒适度和疗效的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年12月时间段至我院行腰椎后路术的73例患者作为此次研究的研究对象。以奇偶数分组方式将其分为参照组和实验组,对比两组患者术后疼痛评分、躯体化评分以及护理后舒适度。结果实验组患者的术后疼痛评分和躯体化评分明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组舒适度明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论改良腰椎后路术后体位安置的应用可缓解患者术后疼痛和躯体化,提高患者术后舒适度,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of postoperative modified lumbar spine postoperative placement on patient comfort and efficacy.Methods Seventy-three patients who underwent posterior lumbar spine surgery in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research object of this study.It was divided into a reference group and an experimental group by odd and even grouping,and the pain score,somatizationscore,and post-care comfort of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative pain score and somatization score of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The comfort level in the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of improved postoperative lumbar spine postoperative placement can alleviate postoperative pain and somatization,improve postoperative comfort,and has certain clinical application value.
