重症监护护理评分系统在ICU护理资源配置中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Intensive Care Nursing Scoring System in the Allocation of ICU Nursing Resources

目的评估重症监护护理评分系统应用于ICU护理资源配置中的作用与价值。方法研究样本为本院ICU科接收的90例患者,选入期为2017年12月至2018年12月,依据不同的护理资源配置方式,将患者归为两组,一组为对照组(n=45例),行常规护理资源配置;一组为研究组(n=45例),实施以重症监护护理评分系统为依据的护理资源配置。结果研究组的护理文书、基础护理、危重护理、操作技术、消毒隔离合格率均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在ICU护理资源配置中采用重症监护护理评分系统能够对资源进行合理优化,增强护理人员的工作效率和质量,提升护理服务的规范性与有效性,有利于为患者提供更加优质科学的临床护理。

Objective To evaluate the role and value of ICU nursing scoring system in the allocation of nursing resources in ICU.Methods The study sample was 90 patients received by the ICU department of our hospital.The period of admission was from December 2017 to December 2018.According to different ways of nursing resource allocation,patients were divided into two groups,one group was the control group(n=45 cases),and routine nursing resource allocation was carried out;the other group was the study group(n=45 cases),and nursing resource allocation was carried out based on ICU nursing scoring system.Results The qualified rate of nursing documents,basic nursing,critical nursing,operation technology,disinfection and isolation in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the allocation of ICU nursing resources,the use of ICU nursing scoring system can optimize the resources reasonably,enhance the working efficiency and quality of nurses,improve the standardization and effectiveness of nursing services,and help to provide patients with more quality and scientific clinical nursing.
