优质护理在心力衰竭合并糖尿病患者血糖控制中的应用

Application of High Quality Nursing in Blood Glucose Control of Patients with Heart Failure and Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨优质护理在心力衰竭合并糖尿病患者血糖控制水平中的应用效果。方法选取80心衰合并糖尿病患者为观察对象,分为对照组与观察组,每组40例,分别施以常规护理和优质护理。比较两组患者护理前后的血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、心脏指标和护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白和心脏指标比较差异不显著(P>0.05);护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均显著低于对照组,心脏指标和护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理对心力衰竭合并糖尿病患者血糖控制效果良好,并能提高患者护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on blood glucose control in patients with heart failure and diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 patients with heart failure and diabetes mellitus were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group,who were given routine nursing and high-quality nursing respectively.The blood glucose level,HbA1c,heart index and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin and heart index between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and heart index and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing has a good effect on blood glucose control in patients with heart failure and diabetes mellitus,and can improve patients’nursing satisfaction,which is worth popularizing.
