居家护理对促进脑卒中患者康复效率及改善生活质量的应用

Application of Home Care to Promote Rehabilitation Efficiency and Improve Quality of Life in Patients with Stroke

目的分析在脑卒中患者中应用居家护理对其康复效率及生活质量的促进及改善作用。方法选取我院家庭病床科2016年1月至2018年11月收治的80例脑卒中患者,将其随机分组研究,对照组(40例)患者实施常规护理,研究组(40例)患者实施居家护理,对照分析两组临床护理效果。结果对Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)评分予以统计学分析,干预前组间无意义,P>0.05,干预6个月、12个月后研究组评分高于对照组,P<0.05;对脑卒中专门化生存质量量表(SS-QOL)评分予以统计学分析,干预后研究组工作、语言、家庭、思维、情绪5个方面评分高于对照组,P<0.05;对功能独立性测评量表(FIM)评分予以统计学分析,干预前组间无意义,P>0.05,干预6个月、12个月后研究组评分高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在脑卒中患者中应用居家护理可促进患者康复,改善生活质量,具有显著临床价值。

Objective To analyze the promotion and improvement of home nursing care in stroke patients on their recovery efficiency and quality of life.Methods 80 stroke patients admitted from January 2016 to November 2018 in the Department of Family Beds in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into groups.Patients in the control group(40 cases)received routine care and patients in the study group(40 cases)received home care.Control analysis of the clinical nursing effect of the two groups.Results The Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale(FMA)score was statistically analyzed.There was no significance between the groups before the intervention,P>0.05,and the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group after 6 and 12 months of intervention,P<0.05.The Stroke Specialized Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)score was statistically analyzed.After intervention,the scores of the study group in terms of work,language,family,thinking,and emotion were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Functional independence the evaluation scale(FIM)score was statistically analyzed.There was no significance between the groups before the intervention,P>0.05,and the study group score was higher than the control group after 6 and 12 months of intervention,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of home care in patients with stroke can promote patient recovery and improve quality of life,which has significant clinical value.
