面神经炎治疗期间加强早期综合康复干预的效果及对面部神经功能的影响

Effect of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation Intervention on Facial Neuritis and its Influence on Facial Nerve Function

目的探讨面神经炎治疗过程中同时加强早期综合康复干预的效果及价值。方法选取62例2018年4月至2019年5月在本院诊治的面神经炎患者分为两组,治疗期间给予对照组(31例)患者常规护理,观察组(31例)再加强早期综合康复护理,观察患者康复效果及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组面神经功能评分(6.45±2.14 vs.6.58±2.21)没有明显差异(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组面神经功能评分明显高于对照组(17.01±2.15 vs.12.16±2.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者评分提高幅度(10.43±1.63 vs.5.71±1.24)显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组非常满意17例,基本满意13例,不满意1例;对照组非常满意10例,基本满意15例,不满意6例。观察组护理后满意度(96.77%),明显高于对照组(80.65%),差异有统计学意义。结论给予面神经炎患者有效治疗的同时加强早期综合康复干预,可有效提高患者面部神经功能改善效果,提升护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect and value of early comprehensive rehabilitation intervention in the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods 62 patients with facial neuritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups.During the treatment,the patients in the control group(31 cases)were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group(31 cases)were given early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing,and the rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in facial nerve function score between the two groups(6.45±2.14 vs.6.58±2.21)(P>0.05).After intervention,the facial nerve function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(17.01±2.15 vs.12.16±2.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,17 cases were very satisfied,13 cases were basically satisfied and 1 case was not satisfied;in the control group,10 cases were very satisfied,15 cases were basically satisfied,and 6 cases were not satisfied.The satisfaction of the observation group after nursing(96.77%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.65%),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Giving effective treatment to patients with facial neuritis and strengthening early comprehensive rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the effect of facial nerve function improvement and improve nursing satisfaction.
