系统饮食管理干预在小儿过敏性紫癜中的应用效果

Application Effect of Systematic Diet Management Intervention in Children with Henoch Schonlein Purpura

目的分析在小儿过敏性紫癜的临床治疗中应用系统饮食管理的临床应用效果。方法选取我院于2019年1月至2020年1月收治的20例小儿过敏性紫癜患儿,随机分为两组,观察组与对照组各10例,给予对照组患儿综合护理干预,观察组则联合综合护理干预与系统饮食管理进行护理。对比两组患儿的临床护理情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患儿的平均住院时间、症状缓解时间明显比对照组患儿短,观察组患儿的VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组,观察组患儿的护理指标明显优于对照组,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的临床护理满意度明显高于对照组患儿,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿过敏性紫癜的临床护理中,联合饮食系统管理及综合护理干预,护理效果较好,联合两种护理措施能有效促进患儿症状的缓解,减少患儿的住院时间,加快患儿的恢复,且患儿的临床并发症有效降低,患儿及其家属的护理满意度明显得到了提升,具有较好的护理效果,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of systematic diet management in the clinical treatment of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura.Methods Twenty children with allergic purpura who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.Randomly divided into two groups,10 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,while the observation group was combined with comprehensive nursing intervention and systematic diet management for nursing.Compare the clinical nursing situation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children.Results The average hospitalization time and symptom relief time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The VAS pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The nursing indicators of the observation group were significantly better than the control group.There was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and there was Statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of children with allergic purpura,combined diet system management and comprehensive nursing intervention,the nursing effect is better.Combining the two nursing measures can effectively promote the relief of the children’s symptoms,reduce the hospitalization time of the children,and speed up the children Recovery,and the clinical complications of the children are effectively reduced,the nursing satisfaction of the children and their families has been significantly improved,with better nursing effects,it is worth promoting.
