摘要
目的对苏州市吴江区地铁4号线车站空气中细菌和真菌的暴露水平及分布特征进行监测分析。方法在2018年11月至2019年2月期间按照《公共场所卫生检验方法第3部分:空气微生物》(GB/T 18204.3-2013)以及《公共交通等候室卫生标准》(GB9672-1996)对苏州市吴江区运营的地铁4号线的13个车站的工作人员的主要活动区域(办公室、卧室、售票处)以及乘客的主要活动区域(站厅、站台和列车车厢)进行监测。结果地铁车站内的卧室细菌浓度最高,办公室最低(P<0.05);办公室与售票处细菌浓度无差异(P>0.05);三个区域的空气中细菌、真菌浓度均高于室外测量值。卧室真菌浓度最高,售票处真菌浓度最低(P<0.05),办公室与售票处真菌浓度无差异(P>0.05)。地铁乘客主要活动区域中站厅的空气中细菌浓度最高(P<0.05),车厢与站台间细菌浓度无差异(P>0.05)。站厅的细菌浓度高于室外,车厢和站台的细菌浓度低于室外。站厅真菌浓度最高,车厢最低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),室外空气真菌平均浓度低于三个客运区。葡萄球菌属的检出率最高,诺卡氏菌在所有其他区域都没有检测到,在卧室和站台上枝孢霉属的检出率最高,空气真菌在其他室内区域的分布趋势与空气细菌相似。结论公共卫生管理人员可以利用这些基础数据来制定与地铁站的室内空气质量有关的预防措施。
Objective To monitor and analyze the exposure level and distribution characteristics of bacteria and fungi in the air of Wujiang Metro Line 4 station in Suzhou.Methods During the period from November 2018 to February 2019,according to the inspection methods of public places sanitation Part 3:Air Microorganism(GB/T 18204.3-2013)As well as the public transport waiting room health standard(GB9672-1996),the main activity areas(office,bedroom,ticket office)of the staff in 13 stations of Metro Line 4 operated in Wujiang District of Suzhou City and the main activity areas(station hall,platform and train compartment)of the passengers are monitored.Results The concentration of bacteria in the bedroom of subway station was the highest and that in the office was the lowest(P<0.05);there was no difference between the concentration of bacteria in the office and that in the ticket office(P>0.05);the concentrations of bacteria and fungi in the air of the three areas were higher than the outdoor measured values.There was no significant difference between office and ticket office(P>0.05).In the main activity area of subway passengers,the concentration of bacteria in the air of the station hall was the highest(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the compartment and the platform(P>0.05).The concentration of bacteria in the station hall is higher than that in the outdoor,and that in the carriage and platform is lower than that in the outdoor.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).The average concentration of fungi in outdoor air was lower than that in three passenger areas.Staphylococcus has the highest detection rate,Nocardia has not been detected in all other areas,and Cladosporium has the highest detection rate in bedrooms and platforms.The distribution trend of air fungi in other indoor areas is similar to that of air bacteria.Conclusion Public health managers can use these basic data to make preventive measures related to indoor air quality of subway stations.
