剖腹产手术中出血的临床分析与预防措施探讨

目的分析剖腹产手术中出血的原因,并探讨预防措施。方法选取我院68例剖腹产手术出血产妇作为研究对象,针对具体出血情况进行止血治疗,对出血原因进行临床分析,并探讨相关预防措施。结果(1)分析出血原因:68例剖腹产手术出血产妇中,出血原因包括宫缩乏力27例(39.71%)、胎盘因素14例(20.59%)、子宫肌瘤12例(17.65%)、凝血障碍9例(13.24%)和切口撕裂6例(8.82%),其中宫缩乏力所占比例最高,与其他因素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)止血治疗效果:68例剖腹产手术出血产妇经止血治疗,显效58例(85.29%),有效10例(14.71%),总有效率100.00%。(3)对比预防措施效果:采取预防措施前,产妇的出血量为平均(276.41±14.83)mL,采取预防措施后,产妇的出血量平均(206.43±10.23)mL,采取预防措施后前后出血情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引发剖腹产手术中出血的主要原因包括宫缩乏力胎盘因素等,医护人员应该针对出血原因实施相应的预防和治疗措施,降低剖腹产手术中的出血率,提高产妇的生产质量,确保产妇的安全健康。

Objective To analyze the causes of hemorrhage in cesarean section and explore the preventive measures.Methods Sixty-eight cases of cesarean section hemorrhage in our hospital were selected as the research object,hemostatic treatment was carried out according to the specific bleeding situation,the causes of bleeding were analyzed clinically,and the relevant preventive measures were discussed.Results(1)Analysis of the causes of bleeding:among 68 cases of cesarean section bleeding,the causes of bleeding included:uterine atony in 27 cases(39.71%),placental factors in 14 cases(20.59%),uterine fibroids in 12 cases(17.65%),coagulation disorders in 9 cases(13.24%)and incision tear in 6 cases(8.82%).Among them,the proportion of uterine atony was high,which was significantly different from other factors(P<0.05).(2)Hemostasis treatment effect:68 cases of cesarean section bleeding after hemostasis treatment,58 cases(85.29%)were markedly effective,10 cases(14.71%)were effective,the total effective rate was 100.00%.(3)The effect of preventive measures was compared:before taking preventive measures,the average amount of bleeding was(276.41±14.83)mL,and after taking preventive measures,the average amount of bleeding was(206.43±10.23)mL,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The main causes of hemorrhage in cesarean section include uterine contraction,fatigue,placenta factors,etc.medical staff should implement corresponding prevention and treatment measures according to the causes of bleeding,reduce the bleeding rate in cesarean section,improve the quality of maternal production,and ensure the safety and health of pregnant women.
