Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Patients Undergoing Liver Operation

深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis DVT)是手术后的常见并发症之一,不仅增加患者住院天数影响患者生活质量,还可引起致死的肺栓塞[1]。目前肝脏外科手术仍是治疗多种肝病的有效手段,由于肝病患者凝血功能的异常,以及肝脏手术的复杂性和手术对机体的刺激,因此在肝脏手术患者中深静脉血栓的预防尤为重要,现对肝脏手术患者下肢深静脉血栓的预防护理现状进行综述。

Deep venous thrombosis(DVT)is one of the common complications after operation.It can not only increase the length of stay,but also affect the quality of life,and cause fatal pulmonary embolism.At present,liver surgery is still an effective way to treat a variety of liver diseases.Due to the abnormal coagulation function of patients with liver diseases,the complexity of liver surgery and the stimulation of surgery on the body,it is particularly important to prevent deep vein thrombosis in patients with liver surgery.This article reviews the current situation of prevention and nursing of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with liver surgery.
