免疫学检验联合检测在诊断类风湿关节炎诊断中的有效应用

The Effective Application of Immunological Examination combined with Detection in Diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探究免疫学检验联合检测在诊断类风湿关节炎诊断中的应用情况。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年6月入院的62例类风湿关节炎患者组成研究组,选取同时期门诊部62例健康体检者组成健康体检组,组织两组患者同时接受免疫学检验联合检测,对比类风湿因子(RF)、抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体(CCP)两项抗体检测水平与阳性检出率,以及免疫球蛋白G与补体C3、C4水平,验证免疫学检验联合检测在诊断类风湿关节炎方面的有效作用。结果结果显示,在类风湿因子(RF)、抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体(CCP)两项抗体检测水平与阳性检出率中,研究组患者两项抗体指标检测水平均高于健康体检组,P<0.05;且研究组两项抗体指标阳性检出率均高于健康体检组,P<0.05;在免疫球蛋白G与补体C3、C4水平检测中,研究组患者免疫球蛋白G水平高于健康体检组,P<0.05;但补体C3、C4水平低于正常值范畴,且低于健康体检组,P<0.05。结论免疫学检验联合检测方法在诊断类风湿关节炎中可发挥积极辅助作用,帮助医生准确判断患者病情,为临床诊断提供可靠的依据,具备临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the application of immunological examination combined with detection in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Our hospital between January 2018 and June 2019 of 62 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RF)hospital team,select 62 cases with clinic of a physical examination health TiJianZu,organizations accept immunology examination joint detection at the same time,two groups of patients compared with rheumatoid factor(RF),ring citrulline peptide antibody(CCP)antibody levels and positive detection rate,and immunoglobulin G and C3 and C4 level,validation of immunology test joint detection of an effective role in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis(RF).Results The results showed that in the detection level of rheumatoid factor(RF)and anti-cyclic citrulline polypeptide antibody(CCP)and positive detection rate,the detection level of the two antibody indicators in the study group was higher than that in the health group(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of the two antibody indexes in the study group was higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).In the detection of immunoglobulin G and C3 and C4,the level of immunoglobulin G in the study group was higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05).However,the complement C3 and C4 levels were lower than the normal range and lower than the health test group(P<0.05).Conclusion Immunological examination combined with detection method can play a positive auxiliary role in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis,help doctors to accurately determine the patient’s condition,and provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis,with clinical promotion value.
