血凝酶联合生长抑素辅助治疗急性上消化道出血的效果及对患者血清炎性细胞因子的影响

The Effect of Hemocoagulase combined with Somatostatin in the Treatment of Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage and the Influence of Serum Inflammatory Cytokines

目的探讨血凝酶联合生长抑素辅助治疗急性上消化道出血的效果及对患者血清炎性细胞因子影响。方法选取我院2018年4月至2019年12月收治的48例急性上消化道出血患者,根据随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组24例,对照组行血凝酶治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上配合生长抑素辅助治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、炎症因子(hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)的发生情况、临床指标(住院时间、输血量、止血时间)比较。结果观察组总有效率91.67%高于对照组的70.83%(P<0.05),干预后,两组患者的临床指标(hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)均有所下降,观察组患者明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者临床指标(住院时间、输血量、止血时间)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性上消化道出血患者应用血凝酶联合生长抑素辅助治疗技术疗效显著,可有效缓解炎症反应,值得进一步研究以及推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of hemocoagulase combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and its effect on serum inflammatory cytokines.Methods 48 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table.24 patients in each group were treated with hemocoagulase in the control group.The observation group was treated with somatostatin on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and the occurrence of inflammatory factors(hs CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)in the two groups were compared The comparison of clinical indexes(hospitalization time,blood transfusion volume and hemostasis time).Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%higher than that of the control group(70.83%)(P<0.05).After the intervention,the clinical indexes(hs CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)of the two groups were all decreased.The patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical indexes(hospitalization time,blood transfusion amount,hemostasis time)of the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemocoagulase combined with somatostatin is effective in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,which can effectively alleviate the inflammatory reaction.It is worthy of further study and promotion.
