中医护理用于胃脘痛患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of TCM Nursing for Patients with Epigastric Pain

目的本文通过在胃脘痛患者常规护理的基础上实施中医护理,研究中医护理用于胃脘痛患者的效果,为中医护理应用于临床护理工作中提供理论依据和数据参考,促进特色中医护理技术的快速发展。方法选取2019年3月至2019年9月期间到我院就诊的胃脘痛患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,分别利用中医护理和常规护理对患者进行护理,中医护理包括:饮食护理、疼痛护理、情志护理和中医护理技术,通过采用积分表的形式比较2组患者治疗后的胃脘痛症状缓解得分、临床疗效和护理满意度及依从性评分,对中医护理方案进行全面的评价。结果中医组和对照组患者在治疗前疼痛症状缓解得分分别为(8.23±0.65)分和(8.17±0.62)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,中医组(3.56±0.48)和对照组(5.78±0.52)的分值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后中医组患者的临床疗效为97.50%,明显高于对照组患者的80.00%(P<0.05);中医组的护理满意度及依从性评分分别为(97.23±3.65)分和(94.12±3.02)分,均明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃脘痛患者的临床治疗中,采用中医护理,可明显提高临床疗效,患者的满意度及依从性更高,有利于临床治疗。

Objective Through the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of routine nursing care for patients with epigastralgia,this paper studies the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with epigastralgia,so as to provide theoretical basis and data reference for the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in clinical nursing work,and promote the rapid development of characteristic Chinese medicine nursing technology.Methods 80 patients with epigastralgia in our hospital from March 2019 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.TCM nursing included diet nursing,pain nursing,emotional nursing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The symptoms of epigastralgia in the two groups were compared by the form of integral table The scores of solution,clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction and compliance were used to evaluate the TCM nursing program comprehensively.Results The scores of pain relief before treatment in the TCM group and the control group were(8.23±0.65)and(8.17±0.62),respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM group(3.56±0.48)and control group(5.78±0.52)had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical efficacy of TCM group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 80.00%of control group(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction and compliance scores of TCM group were(97.23±3.65)and(94.12±3.02),which were significantly higher than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with epigastric pain,the use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,patients’satisfaction and compliance are higher,which is conducive to clinical treatment.
