摘要
目的研究母婴同室护理对产妇并发症发生率及新生儿护理质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月医院收接收的产妇104例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取母婴同室护理。比较两组产妇并发症发生率和新生儿护理质量。结果产妇并发症方面,观察组产褥病、产后出血、乳腺感染、总并发症发生率分别为1.92%、0%、1.92%、3.85%,均低于对照组的3.85%、3.85%、11.54%、19.23%,其中两组总并发症发生率有显著差异(P<0.05)。新生儿不良事件方面,观察组腹泻、皮炎、上呼吸道感染、总不良事件发生率分别为1.92%、1.92%、0%、3.85%,均低于对照组的7.69%、11.54%、3.85%、23.08%,其中两组总不良事件发生率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论采取母婴同室护理,能减少产妇并发症,提高新生儿护理质量,临床效果十分理想。
Objective To study the effect of mother-infant room care on the incidence of maternal complications and the quality of neonatal care.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,104 women who were admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,52 cases in each group.The control group took routine care,and the observation group took care of mother and baby in the same room.The incidence of maternal complications and the quality of neonatal care were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of maternal complications,the rates of puerperal disease,postpartum hemorrhage,breast infection,and total complications in the observation group were 1.92%,0%,1.92%,and 3.85%,which were lower than the control group’s 3.85%,3.85%,11.54%and 19.23%,the total complication rate of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).In terms of neonatal adverse events,the incidence of diarrhea,dermatitis,upper respiratory tract infection,and total adverse events in the observation group were 1.92%,1.92%,0%,and 3.85%,which were lower than the control group’s 7.69%,11.54%,and 3.85%.23.08%,of which the total adverse event rate between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking care of mothers and infants in the same room can reduce maternal complications and improve the quality of newborn care.The clinical effect is very satisfactory.
