个性化舒适护理在耳鼻喉术后患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Personalized Comfort Nursing in Patients with ENT Surgery

目的探讨个性化舒适护理在耳鼻喉术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的92例耳鼻喉术后患者为护理观察对象,使用随机数表法将全部患者分别纳入对照组(n=46)和研究组(n=46),其中,对照组采用常规护理干预方式,研究组在对照组基础上实施个性化舒适护理,比较两组患者护理后舒适度评分,以及患者对护理方式满意程度。结果研究组生理舒适、心理舒适、精神舒适、环境舒适等舒适度指标评分分别为(21.23±1.14)分、(22.31±0.98)分、(21.56±1.45)分、(23.01±0.56)分,明显高于对照组的(17.24±1.09)分、(18.02±0.87)分、(17.48±1.12)分、(18.64±1.50)分,组间差异显著(P<0.05);两组患者满意率比较,研究组(97.83%)高于对照组(84.78%),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于常规护理方式,对耳鼻喉术后患者采用个性化舒适护理,利于患者身心舒适度和对护理方式满意程度。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized comfortable nursing in patients undergoing ENT surgery.Methods The 92 patients undergoing ENT surgery in our hospital were selected as nursing observation objects,and all patients were included in the control group(n=46)and the research group(n=46)using the random number table method.In the routine nursing intervention method,the research group implemented personalized comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group,compared the post-care comfort scores of the two groups of patients,and the patients’satisfaction with the nursing methods.Results The research group’s physical comfort,psychological comfort,mental comfort,environmental comfort and other comfort index scores were(21.23±1.14)points,(22.31±0.98)points,(21.56±1.45)points,(23.01±0.56)points,Significantly higher than the control group(17.24±1.09),(18.02±0.87),(17.48±1.12),(18.64±1.50),the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the two groups was compared The study group(97.83%)was higher than the control group(84.78%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing methods,personalized comfortable nursing for patients undergoing ENT surgery is beneficial to the patients’physical and mental comfort and satisfaction with nursing methods.
