集束化护理对预防脑出血手术患者下肢深静脉血栓的作用分析

Analysis of Effect of Cluster Nursing on Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremity in Patients with Intracerebral Hemorrhage Operation

目的分析研究对我院脑出血手术病人运用细致的集束化护理方式后下肢深静脉血栓发生情况。方法从医院盲选了64名就诊于2019年全年进行脑出血手术的患者,进行编号后通过任意抽号的方式平均分为2组,每组32例。对照组和实验组各32例。前者患者采取普通护理,另一组采取更加细致的集束化护理。一方面观察两组病人的凝血功能指标是否对结果有影响,另一方面统计两组的下肢深静脉血栓的发生率进行比较。结果通过统计发现,两部分患者的凝血指标无显著差别(P>0.05),但两者的血栓发生率存在明显差别(P<0.05),实验组的发生率更低;研究组患者整体生活质量较对照组改善程度更优(P<0.05)、VAS评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理模式可减少脑出血患者下肢深静脉血栓等并发症的的发生率,促进患者整体生存质量的提升,同时针对性的干预可显著缓解患者疼痛,减轻肿胀,减轻患者整体病痛感,具有良好的临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze and study the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after using careful cluster nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage surgery in our hospital.Methods To blindly selected 64 patients from the hospital who had undergone intracerebral hemorrhage surgery in 2019.After numbering,they were divided into 2 groups by random drawing,with 32 patients in each group.One pair and 32 cases in each experimental group.The former patients took general care,and the other group adopted more detailed cluster care.Results According to statistics,there was no significant difference in the coagulation indexes of the two patients(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in the incidence of thrombosis between the two(P<0.05),and the incidence of the experimental group decreased;patients in the study group The overall quality of life is lighter and the degree of improvement is better(P<0.05).The VAS score is more serious.Conclusion The cluster nursing model can reduce the incidence of complications such as lower limb deep vein thrombosis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and promote the overall quality of life of patients.Targeted intervention can significantly relieve the patient’s pain,reduce swelling,and reduce the patient’s overall pain,and has good clinical promotion value.
