优质护理干预在荨麻疹患者护理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Quality Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Urticaria Patients

目的探究荨麻疹患者护理过程中应用优质护理干预的临床效果。方法于2017年2月至2019年2月,随机选取本院收治的84例荨麻疹患者,并按照数字表法分为2组,对比组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理下加用优质护理干预,并对两组患者的治疗总有效率与生活质量评分进行比较。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率95.24%,比对比组患者的78.57%高(P<0.05);两组患者护理前生活质量评分的比较差异不明显(P>0.05);护理后两组患者生活质量评分均高于护理前,且实验组患者护理后生活质量评分升高幅度比对比组高(P<0.05)。结论荨麻疹患者护理过程中应用优质护理干预,可使患者的治疗效果与生活质量显著提高。

Objective To explore clinical effect of quality nursing intervention in nursing process of urticaria patients.Methods Choose 84 cases urticaria patients admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019,divide them into two groups randomly according to numerical table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and experimental group with quality nursing intervention based on routine nursing.Compare total treatment effect and life quality scores of two groups.Results Total effective rate in experimental group was 95.24%,higher than control group(78.57%)(P<0.05);difference in life quality scores showed no significance between two groups before nursing(P>0.05);quality scores were higher than before,life quality scores of experimental group after nursing was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing interventions can significantly improve curative effect and life quality during nursing process of urticaria patients.
