优质护理在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术后中效果观察及满意度影响评价

Effect Observation and Satisfaction Evaluation of Quality Nursing after Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy

目的探讨优质护理在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术后中效果观察及满意度影响。方法选取我院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的200例卵巢囊肿患者。将其通过随机分组方式分成研究组与对照组,对照组进行常规护理,研究组进行优质护理。比较两组临床效果、护理满意度情况。结果研究组有效例数为90例,无效例数10例,有效率为90%;对照组有效例数58例,无效例数42例,有效率为58%;研究组卵巢囊肿患者非常满意例数63例,一般满意27例,不满意10例,总满意度90%;对照组患者非常满意例数43例,一般满意28例,不满意29例,总满意度71%;P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论优质护理在腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术后中效果观察及满意度具有积极意义,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate effect and satisfaction of quality nursing for postoperative laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods Choose 200 cases ovarian cysts patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019.Divide them into research group and control group randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and research group with quality nursing.Compare clinical effect and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups.Results Numbers of effective cases in study group were 90,those of invalid cases were 10,with effective rate of 90%.Numbers of effective cases in control group were 58 and those of invalid cases were 42,with effective rate of 58%.63 cases were very satisfied in study group,27 cases were generally satisfied,10 cases were dissatisfied,with total satisfaction rate of 90%;43 cases in control group were very satisfied,28 were generally satisfied,29 dissatisfied,with total satisfaction rate of 71%;difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Quality nursing has positive significance in observing effect and satisfaction of laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
