基于微信平台的肺康复指导对COPD稳定期患者肺功能及生存质量的影响效果探讨

Effect of Lung Rehabilitation Guidance Based on WeChat Platform on Lung Function and Life Quality of Stable COPD Patients

目的分析以微信平台为媒介的肺康复相关指导对COPD稳定期患者肺功能改善及患者生存质量影响的应用效果。方法选择本科室2018年1月至2019年1月60例出院COPD稳定期能熟练使用智能手机、微信功能的患者,将其随机分两组:对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30),对照组通过对患者进行常规电话随访接受肺康复指导,观察组在常规随访的基础之上对患者通过微信平台消息推送进行肺康复指导。3个月后对两组患者进行肺功能及生存质量评估。结果观察组患者出院3个月后肺功能改善情况及生存质量均高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的肺康复指导能够帮助改善COPD稳定期患者肺功能,提高患者主动进行肺康复参与积极性、提高患者生存质量。

Objective To analyze application effect of lung rehabilitation related guidance with mediator of WeChat platform for lung function and life quality of stable COPD patients.Methods Choose 60 cases COPD patients at stable period mastering smartphones and WeChat function discharging from January 2018 to January 2019,divide them into two groups randomly:control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).Control group received lung rehabilitation guidance through regular telephone follow-up,and observation group was treated with guided lung rehabilitation through WeChat platform message push on the basis of routine follow-up.Three months later,evaluate lung function and life quality of two groups.Results Lung function and life quality improvement of observation group was better than control group 3 months after discharge.Difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lung rehabilitation guidance based on WeChat platform can help improve lung function of stable COPD patients,increase enthusiasm to participate in lung rehabilitation actively,and improve their life quality.
