对社区糖尿病患者开展药学服务的研究

Research on Pharmacy Services for Diabetic Patients in Community

目的讨论社区糖尿病患者开展药学服务的作用。方法本次研究对象均为我社区糖尿病患者,研究时间为2017年3月至2018年7月,选取例数为84例,以随机的方法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组患者例数均为42例,对照组的干预治疗方法为传统开药,实验组患者经药物服务干预,对其服务效果进行统计和分析。结果经过数据统计和分析后,结果显示实验组的用药依从比例相对于对照组较高,并且血糖改善情况明显优于对照组,组间数据差异经统计学显示(P<0.05),统计学意义明显。结论社区糖尿病患者在就医时,通过药学服务干预方式,其用药依从性显著提升,可使其血糖状况得到明显改进,具有推广使用价值。

Objective To discuss role of pharmaceutical services for community diabetics.Methods Treat 84 cases diabetic patients in our community as study objects from March 2017 to July 2018.Divide them into experimental group and control group with random methods,42 cases in each group.Control group was treated with traditional prescribing medicine intervention,and experimental group with drug service intervention.Carry on statistical analysis of service effect.Results After data statistics and analysis,results showed medication compliance rate of experimental group was higher than control group,improvement of blood glucose was significantly better than control group.Data difference between groups was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical services intervention can significantly improve medication compliance of community diabetic patients,and improve blood glucose status,which is of value of promotion and application.
