Mistakes and Preventive Measures Discussion of Pharmacy Preparation

目的探究药房调剂差错及预防对策。方法抽取2017年3月至2019年5月于我院药房调剂差错的患者40例作为研究对象,观察其调剂差错的原因、调剂差错的处方数,于2018年5月至2019年5月实施相对应的预防措施,观察实施前后的患者满意度。结果预防措施实施后,调剂错误发生率显著降低,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05(χ~2=55.3143);预防措施实施前患者的用药满意度是42.50%(17/40),实施后是85.00%(34/40),差异存在统计学的意义,P<0.05(χ~2=15.6322)。结论造成药房调剂差错的影响因素有许多,应加强药房工作人员的职业培训以及推行各项预防管理措施,降低调剂差错率,保障患者用药科学、安全。

Objective To explore mistakes and preventive measures of pharmacy preparation.Methods Choose 40 patients with dispensing errors in pharmacy of our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 as research objects.Observe causes of dispensing errors and prescription numbers with dispensing errors.Take corresponding preventive measures from May 2018 to May 2019,observe patient satisfaction before and after implementation.Results After preventive measures,incidence of adjustment errors was significantly reduced,difference was statistically significant,P<0.05(χ~2=55.3143);medication satisfaction degree before preventive measures was 42.50%(17/40),which was 85.00%(34/40)after measures,difference was statistically significant,P<0.05(χ~2=15.6322).Conclusion There are many influencing factors for pharmacy dispensing errors.It is necessary to strengthen vocational training of pharmacy staffs and implement various preventive management measures to reduce dispensing error rate and ensure scientific and safety medication of patients.
